What kind of events do you host?

Weddings, celebrations, vow renewals, school dances/functions, rehearsals, corporate meetings, auctions, quinceaneras, birthdays, showers, and more.

What is required to book?

A non-refundable deposit (amount dependent on rental) and contracts are required to reserve a date.

What payments do you accept?

We accept personal check, cashier's check, money order, and cash at cash discount (listed pricing). We also accept card payments with cash discount waived.

Can we use our own vendors?

With the exception of bar service, you are welcome to bring in your own licensed and insured vendors.

Is the facility handicap accessible?

The Cottage, Chapel, Oaks, Barn, Lodge, and outdoor restrooms are all handicap accessible. For questions or concerns on accessibility, please contact us.

What bar services do you provide?

Any and all alcohol must go through our bar, Magnolia Bells Events. Our bar service provides setup, staffing, and security for up to five continuous hours.

Can we provide our own liquor?

No, all liquor purchases, service, and staffing must go through Magnolia Bells Events, our provided bar. We provide a variety of packages for all budgets.

Please note any alcohol not provided by MBE will be confiscated if found per TABC law.

Can photos be taken on property?

If you've already booked a wedding or event with Magnolia Bells, photos are already included in your rental, restricted to two hour sessions at a time and based on availability.
We also offer the use of the property at an hourly rate for photos if you are not currently booked with us.

Do you offer rehearsals?

A one hour ceremony rehearsal in either the Chapel or Oaks is included with rental of either ceremony space. Rehearsal availability is confirmed 45 days out. Day of rehearsals are always available, the day before is subject to the start time of any events the day prior.
